Dental Hygienist/Therapist at MF Dental in Littleborough
I have been involved in dentistry for over 20 years. Initially I trained and qualified as a dental nurse and fulfilled this role for 10 years before deciding to retrain to become a Dental Hygienist/Therapist. This has given me a wealth of experience in all things teeth related and my gentle touch is particularly useful when treating nervous patients. I qualified as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist in 2007, studying the Combined Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy at the University of Liverpool. I am also qualified to provide ‘Zoom’ chair-side whitening.
Outside of work I love to travel, whether that be holidays abroad or simply riding pillion around the British countryside. I love to keep active and enjoy live music and photography. Over summer, I am part of the TV crew for ‘Ultimate Strongman’ which films various competitions nationwide and is broadcast on Channel 5 at Christmas. This is great fun and a world away from my day job! I am also a fundraiser for the North West Blood Bikes Lancs & Lakes charity.
