The patient had 4 emax crowns and 6 porcelain veneers in the upper arch and 5 porcelain veneers on the lowers. They also had a 2 unit bridge to fill a space on the lower right.
Before going ahead with treatment the patient attended for a visit to try in a wax up of how her teeth would look and to confirm the size and shape of the teeth.
