We were greeted warmly and in no time we were checked in and politely asked to be seated. After a short wait we were called into the Surgery by a very pleasant Dental Nurse. The Dentist then introduced herself and began an inspection after she had made sure I was as comfortable as possible in the Dental Chair. She was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the end result. The work was carried out by Christos Anagnostou at MF Dental in Littleborough. When I go in, I’m always greeted by one of the 2, (sometimes both), girls on reception with big smiles & made to feel welcome, which, I find, puts me at ease. The dentists & their nurses are always friendly & are thorough in their initial consultation & during the actual treatment. I don’t really like praising one member of staff more than others as they are all nice people doing the same thing, but I have to say on my last visit, (14/05/26), I saw a new dentist & assistant & they were both so lovely, kind, patient & helpful. David MMay 7, 2026Just after Christmas I started to feel some pain in one of my teeth and within a couple of days I had a large abscess in my cheek. I phoned MF Dental and was seen the very same day by Josh who put me on a course of antibiotics and within a week the abscess had totally disappeared. I then saw Keith who is my usual dentist to stop it happening again who offered me a choice of tooth removal or root canal work to try and save the tooth. I opted for root canal work which is a two stage procedure two weeks apart. The first procedure took approximately one hour, I was relaxed throughout and although I expected some pain, I felt very little. Two weeks later ( 19/02/25) I had the second procedure which again lasted about one hour and again everything went very smoothly. I cannot thank Keith and the dental assistant enough as I know a lot of work went into the treatment to fix my tooth which was relatively pain free.Posted on Google

The socket did bleed for a few hours even though I applied firm pressure on the pad. It did stop before bedtime fortunately. I am still getting pain but am taking paracetamol which helps. Jamie BJanuary 22, 2026I'm not sure anyone can truly say that going for a filling is a pleasurable experience but my experience this week was probably as positive as it could be! The reception staff and the nurse were all very friendly and the dentist, Kulsum, was excellent - I never felt a thing from the injection nor the drilling and filling and she took great care to make it feel comfortable afterwards. The hardest part for me was keeping my mouth open for 30 minutes but my wife doesn't seem to have trouble so maybe I just need a bit more practice! She gave me opportunities to relax my mouth, swallow etc all things that occur biologically during cortisol overload. The dentistry is good. I have been with them for a couple of years now and previously dental appointments would cause me an immense amount of anxiety and dread but now I almost look forward to them! The reception staff are lovely and super helpful and they are very easy to get hold of if you have any questions. They are also very helpful with payment options such as denplan. My dentist is Keith and he talks me through every stage of the procedure /check up and takes any concerns seriously. Damian KApril 25, 2025Where do I start, Ive never done a dentist review ever, but I felt I needed to as Joshua from the start today sorted my broken bottom tooth, he was very professional and you could see he loves the job he does, to keep checking if I’m ok while he was doing the procedure, and explained everything to myself and after care advice, but to spend 45min to sort my tooth out, and when he passed me there mirror it definitely brought my smile back I’m so happy 😃 thanks keep doing what you do best would highly recommend my dentist to anyone.Posted on Google
David BApril 24, 2025Please read whole review - I saw a dentist for a check up I hadn’t seen before, he spent about 30 seconds looking at my teeth. He didn’t do any cleaning or polish which normally happens everytime in the 7 years I’ve been going to MF dental- he then said I had a very narrow mouth like this was something I’d done wrong. I really wasn’t impressed with the service this time. It seems they wanted me in and out as soon as possible. I think the dentist was called Mohamed Mahmoud. All the other dentists I’ve seen have been great here, if you get an appointment with this guy ring up and ask to see someone else. Edit ** added 2 weeks later I was experiencing some discomfort in a tooth a few weeks after my appointment which the review above relates to so I booked to go to MF dental. They saw me the day after I went in to book, I saw a different dentist who was brilliant, friendly, clear with her questions and advice. The reception staff were excellent (as they were before). This time I couldn’t fault the service I received. 5 stars. I was also told that the dentist I saw previously was leaving the practice at the end of the week. I feel that whilst I wasn’t 100% happy with my first visit this year it is only fair to update the review on a positive note. 5 starsPosted on Google
Rachel AApril 18, 2025my daughter has a minor accident and dislodged her tooth, i rang MF dental and the receptionist managed to help straight away. my daughter’s appointment was with dr jordan and izzy, there ended up being more than just the singular tooth that needed help. dr jordan explained the whole process to my daughter doing his best to keep her calm. izzy was absolutely fantastic, even going the extra mile and giving my daughters teeth a lovely clean afterwards for the tooth fairy. even though it wasn’t a nice experience for my daughter having to have three teeth out, the calmness and compassion from the dentist and dental nurse made sure she is not frightened of the dentist. thank you dr jordan and izzyPosted on Google
